crowd into the lift
up market
squeezed
into a bowl
a scatter of leaves
on top
of the Peak
look down
on the whirled
and marbled liquid
salty and sour
sweet tender prawns
fresh coriander
crunchy and crisp
exchanging
our flavours
of hot
pink and green
