compassion dripping from drops
cool water flows down a slope
to induce revolt I try
evaporation flaming
water upwards to the sky
flowers in the garden are
looking at the dancing birds
I too want to chirp and fly
to pick pollen floating free
then push some seeds on the earth
to compete with a tall tree.
swinging branches, wingspread birds
sneering on my strain
I want to ‘possess’ the bliss
not able to deal with pain
I lose veins in the darkness
tension in life and no fun
Death comes just for a second
flame of lamp to merge in Sun.

towards the sky
I like your poem. I agree i too sometimes would like to be a bird and fly away. The world can sometimes take its toll on us. Or maybe i would like to be a Cat that be fun. The pure pleasures of being a pet. Nothing to do but be loved. To run in the wild. Bring mice to the door step once in a full moon. I surely hope all is well, and you were just expressing the fact of ooh how nice it be to get away. ….
