river of blood has no boat and impossible to swim
why this terrible hurricane making moon and stars dim
Evil design of the devils
the play of fire to start
random noise of canons and bombs
filling their mind and heart
fighting against all the odds, survival chances are slim
why this terrible hurricane making moon and stars dim
War-mongers in the form of witch
playing game malicious
poverty and malnutrition
come in a circle vicious
spreading epidemic now, aftermath of bombing grim
why this terrible hurricane making moon and stars dim
they have lost all their family
Not a single penny
hopes washed away in the agony
legs lost for many
Cities have turned into graveyard, flying bodies and limbs
why this terrible hurricane making moon and stars dim

The terrible hurricane
Thank you for writing a much needed poem. You have good imagery as well as rhythm to this poem. I hope those involved will read this and get the message. War is really like a hurricane it destroys everything in its path. Thank you for your insight. God bless you.
